When I worked out cost pr class and then the cost of the game, it was a lot cahpeer to just buy the game. The classes are great, esp. if you like the motivation of an actual instructor, but if you want to do exercise in your own living room, and not be fighting for space (and also save ), then I definitely recommend this. Getting nagging to your mum ;p@LucyLou: Yes, I too love yoga, esp. on the wii (I just love the wii). So I definitely recommend this if you want a good cardio workout, and keeping fit.
